Sweet Orient Restaurant

Welcome to the Restaurant Sweet Orient. I am the Chef of the kitchen here and prepare daily fresh specialties from allover Asia for you. The accents of the different styles of Thai-, Chinese- and Japanese cooking demand concentration and devotion to the work. Specially the Show-kitchen where I prepare Sushi is a nice place to be. I can see my guests and they can tell me directly their individual preferences. And, for sure, the nicest is that I can see how they enjoy the lunch or dinner my team and I prepare for them. I hope to see you there soon too.

About the Chef:
Kenny Khamteum Keosouvannasan comes from Laos, a town called Savannakhet. From there he made his way to the Czech Republic 20 years ago. First he studied in Prague but then he found his passion for kitchen. During his stay in Czech Republic he went a few months to Germany and England to improve his skills on the Western European market. When the Hotel Carlsbad Plaza opened he started right away in the Restaurant Sweet Orient.

The Restaurant Sweet Orient is the place to enjoy the Asian cuisine, with authentic preparation. The interior makes you feel like you were in some far eastern country. The straight lines and thoughtully placed decoration deepens this feeling with an abundant choice of Sushis, typical Noodle dishes and Chinese chicken and duck delices.
