Dear guests,   My name is Pierre Léotard and I am the Chef of the kitchen of 'La Bohème'. The team and I are pleased to suggest you plates which remind me of my home with typical and even traditional French dishes pepped up with a little extra. The French cuisine is very fine and delicate and to re-invent it every day new for my guests is my passion and a real challenge. About the Chef:

Pierre Léotard is born in Besancon, Eastern France. He is cook since he left school and a passionate creator and re-inventor of the French cuisine. He worked in prestigious restaurants in France, Tahiti and Hong Kong before coming to the Czech Republic. These travels influence his cooking style. In his career he had a Michelin Star in France and - the most important - many very satisfied customers. This is the biggest reward to him - every day again.

The Restaurant La Bohème radiates an atmosphere of haute gastronomy and fine dining. This is the place where our guests get pampered with lobster, St.Jacob mussels, many other exquisite dishes, the best champagne and an enticing wine list. This is why the formal dress code is required here for entrance.
