Scottish alternating baths

The treatment makes use of the effect of the combination of warm and cold water. It consists of a waterstream with the pressure of 3 atmospheres from a distance of 3 meters. The water is between 16-42°C alternately.

Indication: improve vegetative functions, to influence hormonal functional disorders and to increase both the physical and psychic resistance of the organism, for intensive blood circulation, stimulation of the heart.
