This year, the final evening of the year at Carlsbad Plaza will be all about Brazil.
On 31 December, Rockefeller Hall and Old Times Bar will transform into the setting for a New Year’s Eve celebration inspired by Brazilian Carnival. Look forward to a festive dinner, live entertainment, performances by professional artists, a DJ and a shared countdown to 2027.
The evening will begin with a festive parade. Throughout the night, you can enjoy a dance show, capoeira, a drumming performance and close-up magic performed among the guests. A themed photo booth will be available to capture memories of the evening.

Formal attire - Festive elegance remains the foundation. Feel free, however, to embrace color, statement accessories and a touch of Brazilian flair.

Capacity for the New Year’s Eve event is limited, so we recommend booking early.
Reservations for the New Year’s Eve event may be canceled no later than 20 December 2026.
Please note: On 31 December 2026, the standard dinner service will not be available at Sorrento Grand Buffet.
