Treatment with frost i.e. cryotherapy is a relatively new method in which the patient's body is exposed to extremely low temperatures. Spine, joints, cellulite, or psoriasis, these are just some of the areas where this treatment has surprisingly good results.
The whole body cryotherapy involves a short-term stay (up to 3 minutes) in the so-called cryo chamber, with optimal healing-rehabilitation temperatures up to -110°C. After leaving the cryo chamber, the second, approximately fifteen-minute stimulation phase is based on light aerobic exercise. For example activity on a stationary bicycle, treadmill or other exercise devices.
