For me, this is one of the best luxury hotels I have ever visited. Even entering the hotel lobby gives a feeling of luxury and comfort, almost as if you were in a castle. The wellness area has a pleasant, intimate atmosphere, and the staff are kind and professional.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

We spent two days at the Carlsbad Plaza Medical Spa & Wellness, where we celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary. It was a beautiful and unforgettable experience. The hotel is stunning, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the breakfast is delicious and varied. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive – every question was answered immediately. We were especially touched that our room had been decorated for our anniversary and that we received a lovely compliment from the hotel. The two days were truly wonderful, but unfortunately far too short. We would be happy to return.

This was our second stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the reception and concierge. The room was clean and cosy, and every day we received fresh snow-white towels. A lovely welcome gift in the form of a fruit bowl was waiting for us as well. Very kind staff.
